- Clearance/damaged (“as-is”) items

2. How to Return
- Start Your Return:

- Submit 4-6 photos (front, back, sides, packaging)
- Shipping Options:
- Prepaid Label (Free for Defects): Emailed after approval
- Self-Ship: Use any carrier (tracking required)
3. Refunds
- Processing: 3–5 business days to original payment method
- Deductions:
- 15% restocking fee for late returns (after 30 days) or missing parts
- $50 + replacement cost for missing parts
4. Damaged/Defective Items
- Report Within 48 Hours: Submit via portal with:
- 8 photos (360° views, packaging, label)
- Carrier confirmation
- Resolutions:
- Minor damage: 20% refund + repair kit (24 hours)
- Major damage: Replacement shipped (48 hours)
- Irreparable: Full refund + $50 credit (72 hours)
5. Legal Compliance
- California: No restocking fees within 30 days
- New York: Free return shipping for defects
- Texas: Full refund if delivery is 14+ days late
